Return Process

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
